The sole case at the Syracuse Board of Zoning Appeals meeting was approved Thursday evening. David Swartz’s petition for a variance was approved as presented.
Swartz wants to allow enclosed stairs 3.7 feet from the property line and 19 feet from the right of way to remain as constructed with a permit.
His property is located 599 E. Lake View Road.
The next meeting is at 6 p.m. Jan. 15, at Syracuse Town Hall.
