Ryan Henderson, 28, North Manchester, died at his home on March 2, 2021. He was born in Urbana, Ill., May 29, 1992, and was the son of Kurt and Rhonda (Rascher) Henderson and brother of Kyle Henderson.

After graduating from Manchester High School in 2010, He went on to attend Anderson University. He then lived in Denver, Colo., for a few years before moving back to Indiana. He worked as an electrician and volunteered at Fort Wayne Animal Care and Control. The care and welfare of animals was a passion that he greatly enjoyed.
Always entertaining, he appreciated making people laugh. He had a lovable, kind, spirit that made it easy for him to make friends. He could quickly make friends with anyone and everyone no matter where he was. He loved life and his friends and family deeply. He was always seen with a smile on his face and a happy-go-lucky attitude.
The loving and kind memories of him will be forever cherished by his father and mother, Kurt and Rhonda Henderson, Roann; brother, Kyle (Stephanie Salinas), Chicago, Ill.; half-brother, Scott (Jessica) Bailey, Burlington, Wis.; paternal grandparents, Daniel (Audrey) Henderson, Wimauma, Fla., and grandmother, Cathy French, North Manchester; maternal grandparents, Larry and Peggy Rascher, South Daytona, Fla.; many aunts, uncles, and cousins; numerous friends he has made over the years; and his dog, Ari. He was preceded in death by his grandfather, Charlie French.
Family and friends may call from 3 p.m. to 8 p.m. Thursday, March 4, at McKee Mortuary, 1401 State Road 114 West, North Manchester. Funeral services will be at 2 p.m. Friday, March 5, with calling beginning at 1 p.m. at McKee Mortuary. Pastor J.P. Freeman will officiate.
