SYRACUSE — The sole item of business at the regular meeting of the Syracuse Board of Zoning Appeals was approved Thursday, June 16.
Firstlight Enterprises’ petition for a variance is to allow a commercial addition from a north alley and from a south property line. The property is located at 703 N. Huntington St.
The petition was approved as requested. Currently, it is used as offices and they want to add more space for additional offices, according to the contractor. The only one present at the meeting was the contractor, Chris Borman, with White Oaks Construction.
The next meeting is at 6 p.m. Thursday, July 21, in Syracuse Town Hall.
