Face Painting, Games Will Be At Syracuse Fall Festival Oct. 8

SYRACUSE — Syracuse’s Fall Harvest Festival is from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. Saturday, Oct. 8, at Lakeside Park. Hosted alongside the final date of the Artisans and Farmers Market, the Fall Harvest Festival will have several, fun activities for the entire family to enjoy. Face painting and games are part of the day’s activities.

The Lakeland Youth Center scheduled the face painter, Rachel Kruger, for the event. Her business is Kruger Doodles. A link to her Facebook page is www.facebook.com/krugerdoodles.

Games are also part of the day’s events.

“We have a few groups organize the games for the event. Our department hosts a few, carnival-style games, the Syracuse Lions Club host a pumpkin toss game, and the Lakeland Youth Center organizes a fun obstacle course,” said Tyler McLead, program director for the Syracuse Parks and Recreation Department.
